ZEDEN Projects is an independent, owner’s representative construction manager. Our business model draws from our team’s technology acumen, and our extensive experience in managing construction projects, small and large, across the globe.

Working directly with a contractor or Architect/Engineer is inherently adversarial. Engaging an at-risk construction manager presents a potential conflict of interest. Capital project owners and developers have a new option. ZEDEN Projects works exclusively as a fee-based, owner’s consultant, eliminating any conflict of interest that would arise from at-risk or GMP contracts. Our founder, Ziad Kassis, also operated and later sold, siteisight, a company that provides virtual presence solutions to the construction industry. Virtual presence has since evolved from a curiosity to a need, and is embedded into our solution.
